Present From Grandad

A recent commission.  This picture was done from an old photo and there wasn't much detail due to the camera flash so I went for more of a softer pastel look.  The picture captures a scene of the girl receiving a Birthday present from her grandfather.

Asana Exhibition

I took part in a small exhibition at Asana Yoga Studio in Limavady.
Darryl the organiser did a wonderful job displaying all the work.
So far I have sold Winter Flock.

Darryl put up profiles for the different artists taking part.

This got a lot of attention and sold the day before the exhibition opened tot he public.

So people at the exhibition were very surprised this was a painting and not a pencil portrait.

I really must take the glass out of the last painting above as it is a dark painting but the glass reflecting too much light.

This was a great experience for when I have my larger exhibition.
